Thank you for shopping at Urbanara Pakistan. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Urbanara Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Urbanara, you agree to the terms set forth as below.
PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :

Product is Damaged- during transit

Product is Defective - during manufacturing process

Product is Not as described on the website

Order is Delayed for over 10 days

Returns of items shipped from Urbanara can be returned within 15 days of receipt.

All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.
PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:

If you have crossed 15 day return window.

If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packaging are missing.

And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
